We have discovered piles of snow in attics, previous work done in basements that confirm prior floods, leaking roofs, abandoned heat registers that were just covered over with drywall, places missing insulation and other issues that can cost thousands to repair or replace after you purchase your home.
Who We Are
I started my working life working in many trades, I moved into the manufacturing industry where after years of working inspection jobs, I decided to get my Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T) diploma. I worked in inspection, design and surveying roles for 15 years before deciding to chase my dream and start my own company inspecting homes.
I've completed the Carson Dunlop School of Home Inspection to ensure that I have the best knowledge in home inspection. I've added thermal imaging and radon testing services as they are both passions of mine. I am a Certified Level 1 Thermographer and am certified and abide by Health Canada guidelines which recognizes the Canadian National Radon Proficiency Program (C-NRPP). I am also a member of the Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (CARST).
Radon can be a confusing issue. We spend our time with our clients to explain the process on testing for Radon and why it is so important.
